What a great piece for Valentine's. Is this from a photo or from your mind. We had dinner with an art student from Milligan who is going to work with Abbi. He is having a photo show the end of February and a painting show in March. I am going to help him with his reception. He is half Korean, has reddishblond hair and doesn't look too Korean. His mother is Irish and father, Korean. We had a wonderful visit with him. Hope you had a good time with Ben at the party. I know this is only for comments on the picture but I thought I'd better do it now. I don't get on too often. Behold the manner of love the Father has given unto us. Aunt Cathy

Oh Heidi, how beautiful! Your piece made me think of so many people..the love your father, Jon, has for you and your sisters, the love of my wonderful father whom you know and grew to love in RM, the love of my children's father, the love of my new grandson's father (yes, Jilian and Adam have a new baby boy--Carter Eli Reece, born Sat, Jan. 30th and he's blessed our lives with so much love), and most of all the love of our Heavenly Father. Your talent is outstanding; but then, it always was! Aunt Thelma would love to see how you've grown in your talent and your love in the Lord.
I was just reading a devotional when your email came through. It relates to finding strength in the Lord. In Numbers 21:4-9 , when the Israelites had been traveling through he desert wilderness to the land of promise where God had promised that he would guide and provide for them, they became discouraged due to the hot, sandy, rough way with little water and spoke against God. God sent venomous snakes. They went to Moses and told him they had sinned and asked him to pray and God had Moses make the bronze snake on a pole so that anyone who was bitten could look at it and live.
Discouragement turns to encouragement when we look away from our circumstances and focus our eyes on the Lord.
I should have posted this on your previous message but saw the opportunity to comment here.
You are always in my prayers as well as your wonderful family.
Thanks for sharing. We love all of you dearly!

Thank you all for your love and encouragement as always...you all have shown me our Father's love in so many ways...

Aunty Cathy, It was so nice to have Ben visit! It meant so much. Things were crazy at the party, but he definetly brought a calming spirit with him.

Vista! Congratulations on the new grandchild! And yes, I wish Aunt Thelma could have seen my work...She showed me such love.

Happy Birthday, Heidi. It's your wonderful day with Father. I tried to find your facebook but had problems. Hope you don't mind. Guess what? On Monday, I'm going to King College with some friends to see William P. Young, "The Shack". May you know today and in increasing measure the height, the depth, the width of the goodness and the love of our Father for you and each of us and for the whole world. By Christ, in Christ, for Christ, with Christ. He has it all covered. Love, Aunt Cathy

Thank you Aunt Cathy!
That is so exciting about seeing young! You will have to let me know what you think afterward. And as for Face Book...yeah I am not on there anymore! So maybe that is why you couldn't find me :) Love you.
